Terms and Conditions

If appointments are canceled less than 3 hours in advance, there will be a cancelation fee of $30
All forms of payment are to be sent either the day of, or up to 4 days after appointment, otherwise there will be a 30$ additional charge added to the original fee each day over the limit.
If there is a horse that is unsafe to work with and/or has underlying conditions such as a fever, cancer, shock, severe heat, swelling, or hives, we may deny massaging the horse due to safety and equine health.
If there are videos or Pictures of the therapist performing a massage, there should be some form of Stride advertisement or tag in picture or video.
some messages can cause horses to carry themselves differently, potentially creating a different behavior or ride for you and your horse.
We try not work on Dressage Specific horses less than 12 hours before they compete due to compensation of horse and/or rider that could affect showing abilities.
Our therapists are not Vets, Farriers, or Nutritionists, if there is something severely physically wrong with the horse, we strongly suggest consulting a vet, farrier, or nutritionist. However, our therapists may aid in easing any additional pain or discomfort
